Year Round Staff:

We have three positions available for hire. We are looking for housekeepers (hospitality), cooks, and kitchen aids. We have both full-time and part-time jobs available in these departments. We are looking for God-fearing folks who have a heart for ministry. Food Service Manager:

The Food Service Department plays a vital role in creating a pleasant experience for our guest groups and campers. We are looking for a Food Service Manager to join our staff. The position will require an individual with a strong, growing, and deep relationship with Jesus Christ, and the ability and desire to tell others about Jesus. Maintenance Foreman:

The Maintenance Department plays a vital role in creating a pleasant and safe experience for our guest groups. We are looking for a Maintenance Foreman to join our staff. The position will require an individual with a strong, growing, and deep relationship with Jesus Christ, and the ability and desire to tell others about Jesus. The applicant will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week to include weekends and some holidays as guest group needs require. The applicant will share in an on-call rotation on a monthly basis and will be required to stay on property during that time. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Maintain and complete repairs on all buildings, residences, vehicles, equipment, grounds, and any associated utilities on the property to include a class B swimming pool, training and leading maintenance staff and volunteers, execute preventative maintenance initiatives on all equipment and facilities, ensure camp grounds are kept and maintained, and have the ability to obtain and upkeep valid lifeguard certification  If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Executive Director at

Hospitality Staff: 

Housekeeping (Hospitality) is typically done Monday through Friday. Housekeepers will be expected to clean lodges, conference rooms, bathrooms, and cabins to prepare for upcoming weekend groups. They are expected to maintain the cleaning closets and ensure that the laundry is being kept up and put away appropriately. They are also expected to clean the office in preparation for guests arriving on the weekends.
