Will Summer Camp Be Open This Summer?
Yes we are able to host our Summer Camps!! We will still have to follow our state and local guidelines but these will be due-able with everyone's help. We will update enrolled families, our camp directors, & retreat groups as the over the coming days to what this will look like this year (where needed). We are EXCITED to say the least and hope you are too!
What Happens If Camps are Canceled?
In the event camp is operating, but your child is prevented from attending by a travel restriction, sickness, or quarantine, we will give a full refund or carry over the registration fee for summer 2021. Your child will be locked into the same fee that was paid for 2020 if the fee was paid in full.
We will make every effort to accommodate unique situations and refund requests for all families on a need by need basis.
If you have further question on refunds please email
Can We Change Our Session Date?
As long as there are spots available in later sessions & the camper fits into the age requires of the camp they are registering for. We will make every effort to accommodate campers needs to change a date.
Will Camps Change Their Camp Dates?
Some camps are looking into possibly moving their session dates and some have already made that decision to make sure they can still have camp. (NWTX Camps-Mid Hi One Way is July 20-24, Sr. Hi One Way is July 27-31, and Young Elementary is August 3-5). They believe like we do that Summer Camps are very important to the spiritual growth of our youth.
Does Camp Have Plans In Place In Case of an Outbreak During Camp?
Absolutely. We have robust plans for all contingencies that we update regularly with our directors. These include provisions for housing, sanitizing, staffing, communication, and other relevant care provisions. The health and safety of our campers are always our top priority.
